so these are my options :
Kingston Hyper X Fury 4gb ddr3 1866 or
G.Skill RipJaws X (Dual) 2x2gb ddr3 1866 - http://www.gskill.com/en/product/f3-14900cl9d-4gbxm

or is it ok to pair it up with a 1600 memory?

i would suggest g skills ripjaws 8gb (4x2gb) 1866 cl9.

but out of the 2 id get the hyperx because u could add another 4gb later on.

if you'll pair 1866 mem on 1600 both will run at 1600.

No the Ripjaws are better. While yes you can upgrade later with the HyperX if you don't have money or plans to do that in the near future, having a single-channel RAM configuration is a terrible set up for that system. It will drastically reduce performance in many scenarios, especially gaming. Dual-channel is very very important for AMD's current CPUs.
