Is my stock intel cpu fan enough ?

I have Intel 4440 with the stock fan which come with it . I have ATI r9 270x graphics card . My PC temps are 65 C for cpu and 75 C for graphics card . Are these temps high enough to go for aftermarket heatsink ? Will CoolerMaster TX3 EVO bring down CPU temp ? Is it better than stock cpu fan ?

Your temperatures are fine . Intel stock cooler is enough if not overclocking

in Intel lab , they measured with the stock cooler Tcase=72.72C or Tj(core temp) =Tcase + 5=77.72C . And Tj Max=100C

I read somewhere that the highest working temperature for the CPU is 72 C . My current temperature is pretty close . I am worried about that . For graphics card , the working temp is more and I am well within the limits .

Asus R9 270X hits 80 !

72C is temperature measured by the sensor in the heatspreader under full load along with the stock cooler , in Intel lab . Hence adding 5C=77C core temp . But the max core temp Tj Max is 100C.
