i get 70+ degrees while playing csgo
i normally get around 55-60 ish while playing wow, the crew, bf4 and so on

Solution
70c is actually not a bad temp for the stock heatsink.

If you want lower temps, look into an aftermarket CPU cooler. Something like a Cooler Master Hyper 212 Plus or EVO will be a very good upgrade at reasonable cost.

How long have you had this computer? it's highly likely that if you have had the computer for a while and havn't cleaned it the CPU heatsink would be filled with dust. If you aren't famliar with PC parts then look up a tutorial on how to clean a CPU heatsink but make sure you take all the precautions otherwise take it into a repair place to have them clean it out for you.

please maintain CPU case temperature by cleaning all the dust on the CPU fan and heatsink using blower and pasting the thermal paste on the processor....then check the temperature.......................you will see the difference
