Can't format secondary hard drive because it's 'still in use'?

I posted a similar question a few days ago but didn't really receive any help, so I thought I'd give it a second shot.

I recently got a new SSD and cloned all my old SSHD files onto it, making the SSD my new master drive. However, I cannot format my SSHD with the old files on it because Windows is telling me the drive is still in use.

Here's the error: http://gyazo.com/966af64100ad9bfb450eddf431126cf2

As far as I'm aware nothing should be running off the old secondary hard drive, and I don't know how I can view what is running off it. Some other forums mentioned it could possibly be malware, but scans detect nothing. I'd like to know what processes it's running incase it's an operating system file, in which case formatting would crash the PC.

Any help would be great, thanks.

Solution
You have a Page File on it. Temporarily make the Page File use disk C: only (but set it to use disk D: when you have formatted it - you don't want to use the SSD for your Page File long term).

Thanks dude, it was the page filing that was preventing me from formatting it.

Just a quick question about long term page filing. What should I do with the settings now, I understand from reading forums a while back that page filing is bad for small capacity SSD's, so should I just disable it, or somehow make it redirect to my second hard drive? (if that's possible).

I tried disabling it on my SSD before but it caused problems with my games. I would find at least 6/10 games would crash due to page filing being switched off, or at least the problem went away when I re-enabled it.
