I want to buy gtx 760 and want to know that my g620 will able to run ryse son of rome, farcry 4, assassin's creed unity, crysis 3 like games on ultra settings at 30 +fps till i upgrade my cpu to i3 4150? My res is 1366×768

No. You will not be able to. The CPU will be a huge bottle neck. You can probably run them on low to medium (accept for ACU and FarCry 4, you may be able to only run on low). A new CPU would be a huge priority if you want Ultra. An i5 4690 would be ideal.

I feel it is important to mention that a G620 is a socket LGA 1155 and an i5 4690 is a socket LGA 1150.

Also an i3 4150 is a socket LGA 1150 and not compatible with your existing motherboard.

An i3 3220 is a socket LGA 1155 and should be compatible with your existing motherboard, and can be checked if you provide us with the model of your computer or motherboard part number if it is a home-build.
