I am having this error from past few days. Driver of standard VGA adapter does not start and other drivers also do not start as shown in the pictures.

All drivers are having same error code 10.Also i cant install amd catalyst manager. I have dedicated 1 gb of graphics card. When i try to install amd catalyst manager , it installs standard vga adapter every time dont know why .!!
Any help would be appreciated. Sorry for my bad english.
