Hello Everyone. First, I would like to thank you for your comments, suggestions and opinions. 
I presently have a 2.0 speaker system and want to make it a 2.1. I DO NOT have a receiver, I have two JBL 305 powered monitor speakers, which I really like. And of course my mother board is an Asus Maximus VI Formula.
Is it possible to plug in a powered, no powered, subwoofer? I'm looking for an 8/10 inch.
