Why im getting lag with R9 280X and fx-8350

Im facing lag om games like Mincraft, archeage , dayz, farcry4 .... Is this some sort of bottleneck here
do i have to OC my cpu or gpu, by the way BF4 works perfect on ultra


My pc specs:

GPU:R9 280x
CPU: FX-8350 inc EVO 212
MOBO: 970 GAMING
RAM: 8 GB DRR3
PSU: 700
CASE: Aerocool Vs-92

help me guys please

Why are you getting lag with R9 280X and fx-8350?

Because you have a FX-8350.

Just kidding, but CPU intensive games tend to show how low the FX's IPC is in comparison to Intel's. I really don't how much CPU bounded are those games, but i guess they are enough that the FX creates a bottleneck.
