mouse and keyboard not working in new build

Hey so I just finished my build and I installed Windows 7 and now both the mouse and keyboard are not working. Since the keyboard isn't working I can't get into the bios to fix it. Any suggestions?

Make sure you plug in the mouse and keyboard into the USB2.0 ports, not the USB3.0 ports, because win7 comes with the USB2.0 driver, but you need install the USB3.0 driver so that the USB3.0 can work.
Or try other USB2.0 ports.
