Okay my friend is having a problem with his freshly built pc. I am having low FPS in all games. The fps is going around 20-60 all the time. I did memtest, no problem, reseted CMOS, checked temps while playing they seemed fine. All settings on nvidia control panel and windows for full performance (not energy saving). Then i was checking bios settings and found this setting "Load performance setup defaults." I loaded the performance setup and woila all games worked fine. But after ten minutes of playing the computer crashed. Whats the problem? is it a faulty psu or motherboard? Also tried to disable cool'n'quiet. here are my specs:

AsRock 980DE3/U3S3, AM3+, AMD A760G, DDR3, ATX
Western Digital 1TB Caviar Green, 3.5", Sata3, IntelliPower,
AMD FX-6300, AM3+, 3,5GHz, 6-core
Corsair 750W 750CX ATX
GTX770POSEIDON
8GB DDR3

Solution
it should be good to check the temp with REAL TEMP see here the link

check in the bios if all voltages are good

Like i said his processor and gpu stays cool when playing. Processor and GPU about 50C when playing CSGO. I dont think that would cause it to crash. I monitored the temps while playing.
