Using this case
http://www.nzxt.com/product/detail/34-phantom.html

Looking to replace the top wonky sounding 200mm(possibly install the second top as well as the side). Any recommendations? Noise is a concern, leds not a concern, price a concern. Looking to get a R9 280x upgrade (not sure if Sapphire or ASUS yet, any suggestions?) as well as HDD upgrade and wanna keep my CPU and GPU cool.

I have the original phantom as well and I was after 200 mm cases a while ago , took me some time to find them where I live.
I would recommend going with the NZXT case fans (200 mm ones).
I would say their updated version for the 200 mm fans is good , link to the fans on their site : https://www.nzxt.com/support/index.php?/Knowledgebase/Article/View/33/30/fs-fan-specs sadly look like they are discontinued .
Found some on Amazon : http://www.amazon.com/NZXT-200mm-Silent-200RB-Black/dp/B0046W7Y84
They are ~20 db. only and honestly the mound on the phantom is bit unique I'd say.
I tried to mount a Thermaltake 200 mm fan and it did not fit.

Happy hunting .

check out a Bitfenix spectre.

it's the quietest fan in my system.
(ASUS is the better of the two for your card.)
Are you currently running these? I was reading the reviews and several were saying they didn't pull enough air.

Were you using these fans as well? Did they pull enough air for you? The RPMs and CFM's look a lot lower than the standard FN models.
