Reducing power draw of fx 9590 cpu?

Hello everyone! I got an fx 9590 cpu recently and I wanted to know if there is any way to reduce the power draw of that cpu without affecting performance too much.

Thanks :) how would I do all that? I spread disabled turbo and that helped a lot but how would I do the other stuff? Sorry I'm new to all this it's my first build.
