Whenever i plug a mic into the jacks it detects it but act's like it is muted (Also the front mic jack seems to have a loose connector because i have to push the mic cable in for it to detect)
I've literally spend hours trying to see if it's a software issue
List of things i have tried:
Checked Volume levels
Multiple Mics
Rollback/new audio drivers
uninstalling realtek and using microsoft default audio
virus scans
system refresh
checked the HD audio cable going into motherboard
etc etc etc
You are my only hope Obi-Wan
Any Ideas?
Using Windows 8.1
Motherboard is a Asus M5A97 LE R2.0
