Hello guys, so basicly I recently replaced my motherboard with the new one, (The Gigabyte motherboard with intel core cpu on it).

The problem is now that I can't get past Windows is loading screen ( win7, when windows is grouping in one). It just shows the BSOD Memory Management.

So after a few tries, I decided to setup a new win7, it got to the disc format menu and boom, same BSOD again.

I tried to replace the HDD, no luck. Replaced the RAM, tried both of the slots, no luck. I replaced the thermal compound both on CPU and chipset, temperature seems to be normal in BIOS (42 degrees). I checked all the FANS and they are all working. I ran the memtest 3 times and no errors on RAM.

I placed the speaker on motherboard and it produces the normal POST beep ( 1 short). I tried allowing PC to work for a few hours to see if it's going to turn off or reset and it worked perfectly, the problem is just i can't pass past the windows is loading screen nor install the new system on hard drive. I tried another HDD And it got to welcome screen and same BSOD again. ANy help would be appreciated, ask for any informations.

Solution
Yes, there is always that chance that you have a bad MB.

With the comp totally unplugged from any power outlet, try taking the MB battery out for 10 to 15 mins. Re-install battery and see if you can boot into bios, then set optimized defaults and etc.

Thanks for reply, the MB is GA-8I945PLGE-RH
I've tried 2 different memories, both of them worked on different PC, and one of them worked on this MB before one week and now shows MEMORY MANAGEMENT like all of the rest.

the first one is Transcend 2G DDR2 800 DIMM 601214-5578.
second is : kingston KVR800D2N6/1G

You probably have memory compatibility problems. Try the 2GB stick by it's self and see. It's never a good idea to mix memory sticks with different specs. Even sticks that are identical, the exact same model sometimes do not work together if they are not from the same kit. Memory kits of two or more sticks are tested to make sure that they will work together. There's no guarantee otherwise.
