This is the build that I've been looking into putting together, all is open to change but the only two things I am insisting on keeping is the Case (NZXT Phantom 530 (White) ATX Full Tower Case) and the MoBo (ASRock Z97 Extreme3 ATX LGA1150 Motherboard). any and all other suggestions are fine with me as I most likely do not know as much about building a comp as the rest of the guys here. Thanks again for all your help guys.

Partlist I've made up for this build already (Tell me what you think):

Everything in this build is just fine. In fact, it is spot on for the needs you described at the introductory post (good job there, makes life to everyone much easier and help faster). Just leave out the sound card and network adapter, they are not required at all (included on mobo).
Your build looks perfectly fine to me, although I would love to see an SSD here. I would also get rid of that Rosewill audio card and use just the onboard sound. Test it and see whether you like it. If you feel like you need better, it is likely that a $20 soundcard won't cut it for you either - the minimum you should look at is Asus Xonar line (D2/D2X or higher). And also, why wired network adapter? Your motherboard has one already.

I had an SSD in there but the extra $ is a little out of the budget, i went a bit over as it is. when the money is right i plan on adding one but for now, my extra 2tb HDD will have to do. and as i said before, not the smartest when putting together a build, hence the network adapter and the sound card. But aside from that all looks good? im open to any and all suggestions.
