looking for a nice rig to play games as best as possible with a little bit of video recording aswell, also would like a nice looking tower with a nice window to show off the equipment, was thinking a 970 with maybe a i5-4690k or a i7-4790k but any and all build/parts advice would be greatly appreciated as am not very good with pc parts, thanks in advance

Lol i probably could but am just looking to build one now that goes without much upgrades for a good while and runs games as good as possible :)
