Good Under 200 Graphics Card For This Build?

Solution
I would honestly spend about $6 to get a gigabyte r9 280 the msi ones are good but their support is falling apart for their r9 270-280x series of cards because tons of people who have the cards including myself have been getting low ball offers because they claim they don't have the parts to repair or replace the card so I think something shady is going on from the company. Their offer on my 280x which I didn't care to much about because it was in a 2nd system, but it was only $48.52 USD and I paid $150 at the time so if you go that route and have your card fail good luck at having them replacing or fixing it.
