Which is better are there any reliability problems with ether? Any information on them would be good. Are the other similar psu's that I should look at?

Solution
Depends on the situation. Neither of them are ideal. I'd probably go with the CX myself as I've been 0-2 with HEC made EVGA supplies when doing budget builds for clients. The B1 & G1 units are priced nicely, but they ended costing me a bit due to failures.

The CX series is fine for basic builds that aren't planned for legitimate overclocking. If that's what you're looking to do, and these are the only units you have a choice of, I'd go with that.

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

Power Supply: SeaSonic S12II 620W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply ($68.99 @ SuperBiiz)
Total: $68.99

This or the 620W HCG Antec unit, whichever is priced better at the moment is your best overall option at that level
