I bought 2 SSDs, should I RAID 0 or not?

Hi
I have already bought (2) 256GB SSDs thinking I would RAID 0 them and get amazing speeds and storage, but ofcourse I searched up "real-world"-benchmarks and it seems like (1) 512 SSD still performs a tiny bit better, + that there is a bigger chance the 256GB SSDs break.

So my question is if I should keep them as seperate drives or still go with the RAID.
They are only meant to be for programs and games as I already have a 128 GB SSD from before as main drive and a 1TB HDD as document/music/pictures/everything else storage.

Would love some advice on this. (... If I only looked at the benchmarks earlier -.-')

I guess a confirmation was all I needed as I was looking towards doing just this, thanks for the quick reply!

I just added 2 x 250GB SSD's to my system, exactly like that.

Original 120GB Kingston retains the OS and applications.
Samsung #1 gets working docs
Samsung #2 gets photography working files.

I was going to change the OS and application drive to one of the Samsungs, but it would result in little if any performance change. So I just left it as is.
