can i run 3 gpu (3-way sli) on my board? -will my cpu bottleneck?

you will see a minor bottleneck (not sure)
your motherboard will allow it
list your psu, then you can be sure. a good 900-950w would be good xfx and seasonic are reliable brands.

The g1 sniper 5 supports up to quad sli/xfire so you should be good to go.
