For some reason whenever I press either one of these buttons: 3, 6, 9 & 12, my Naga automatically, in order, presses the other two along the same line.

If I press #3, it will automatically type in 123. If I do #6, it'll do 456 and so on.

How can I solve this? I've re-installed updates through Synapse, unplugged and re-plugged the device and I still have the same problems!

Solution
I got in contact with Razer Support and after a few tests they determined that the mouse was at fault and it wasn't software related. They assumed it is more likely due to a cable inside the mouse and told me that I should go replace it.

If you're encountering similar problems, these are the following steps they told me to follow to try to fix it:

1. Unplug and re-plug back the mouse.
2. In Razer Synapse, delete your current profile and create a new one.
3. With the mouse plugged in, delete Razer Synapse and re-install it. Make sure you download it directly from the Razer site.
4. After having installed Razer Synapse, restart your computer.
5. If the problem persists, try plugging the mouse on another computer and see if it...

6. Contact Razer Support again and report what you've done to fix the problem and they'll determine the best course of action to take next.

Hope this helps!
