Getting around 20fps on high/ultra settings.
I play most games on ultra/max settings.

turn down some settings. the game is pretty system intensive. turn it down to medium, what cpu do you have? a 860m is a decent gpu, but not a great one. see if the system is using your gpu, not the iGPU

According to the benchmarks at notebookcheck.net your results (DA:I and BF4) seem to be correct.
Turn down your settings.
