This is the max i can get with my budget, can I run all games with 1080p (mid/low settings)
and get 60+ fps ? I will upgrade mobo and processor at end of 2015. (I could have gone the other way around with i5 and HD 7770)

i3 4150
gtx 760
CX 500M
G.Skill 4gb
MSI H81M-P32L

Is it worth it, or should I look for used i5 3rd gen + mobo ?

* I already spent extra money on Razer Goil Speed mousepad and Logitech headset. (Wanna go pro @ cs go) XD

;-; 12% tax here... But anyway I think you should do i5 because i3 will bottleneck in the future. Also, for GPU get the r9 290 cuz it's around the same price as the 760 but it's better than the 770.

Hello
I would wait for the GTX 960 which will replace the GTX 760 in the market and should sell for less as the Maxwell cards seem to be cheaper and perform better.

Yeah gaming on a dual core sounds like a bad idea. I recommend a i7, 850 Pro, Motherboard and RAM of your choice, GTX 970, 550 Watt or Greater 80 Plus Bronze PSU. External Optical Drive and Windows 10 ( if you do your build in the future ). Also the Chassis of your Choice.
