hello, i can't find my sd card. but is totally inserted. i try everything like flashing, format my phone. and then there it is

Unfortunately, it looks like there might be a problem with the card slot of the phone and the connection or something else. If the card is OK with other phones and card readers, everything points to the phone as the device having issues. If you can find somewhere another sd card to test it with your phone, it would be great. This way if the other card is not recognized again, you'll know for sure that there's an issue with the phone itself and you can go ahead and contact customer support to as for a replacement.

Hey Lloyd. Have you tried the sd card with another device or better yet with a card reader to see if it work on your computer? It would be helpful if you could do that and see what it shows in Disk Management about the card.
It's best that you try it with different devices so that you can isolate the problem and see if the sd card is faulty or there's a problem with the phone.

ya, i try in the card reader and another phones but it's read it. do you think my phone was the one who have problem here? but when i insert my sd card on my phone, it says "You can safely removed your sd card" it means my phone reading my sd card. but i can't see my sd card storage on my phone
