What will be the best fan setup for air flow?

Hi, basically I have 3 fans, and I have them setup as so;
Front - Air in. Back - Air out and Top - Air out.
Is this the right way to have them setup? I have space for 1 at the back (currently occupied), one at the side (empty) and 2 spaces at the front (One occupied)

Yes, that is a good way to do it. In general try to have more fans pushing air out of the case than fans pulling air in. If you temperatures are fine I see no reason to add more fans, unless you just feel like it :)
