Corsair Vengeance 8 GB ( 2x4 GB) 1600 mhz overclocking memory

Now I want a new graphics card and monitor for my pc. My requirements for graphics card that I can play COD Advanced warfare and battlefield 4 and battlefield 5 hardline and future games at full HD resolution and at least mid settings. Also suggest me a good monitor which is 3D and touch feature... Please suggest me cheap graphics card and monitor as my budget is small.... my budget is 25000 INR (Indian rupees). If this both is not coming in this budget then leave that touch feature... Please help...

If you can spare an extra 1,500 INR, you could get a R9 290X, http://www.amazon.in/SAPPHIRE-TRI-X-280X-GDDR5-UEFI/dp/B00OE64QGA/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1419561867&sr=8-2&keywords=radeon+r9+280 Its probably the best GPU you can buy for the money, But if a monitor is necessary , then the HP 22 inch will fit to suit ( http://www.amazon.in/HP-22FI-IPS-LED-Monitor/dp/B00HVU4PIA/ref=sr_1_1?s=computers&ie=UTF8&qid=1419562022&sr=1-1&keywords=HP+Monitor ) and paired with that is a sapphire R9 270x another great card (http://www.amazon.in/SAPPHIRE-270X-DDR5-DUAL-X-BOOST/dp/B00HRRKN9W/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1419562046&sr=8-2&keywords=r9+270x)
I do warn you performance may not be the most perfect, so don't hold any high expectations, i hope this...

Update: I should tell you, for your budget you aren't going to find a touch or 3D monitor without spending the whole budget on it.
