I currently have a Nvidia GTX 460(768mb) card but I recently upgraded my CPU to an AMD FX-8350, so my main question is, should I use a Nvidia card or should I go with an AMD Radeon card?
Which, in your own personal opinion, would work better? Or does it not really matter at all.
APPROXIMATE PURCHASE DATE: This Week
USAGE FROM MOST TO LEAST IMPORTANT: Mainly used for Gaming, but also serves as a home theater.
CURRENT GPU AND POWER SUPPLY: My current GPU is a GTX 460 and my current PSU is
750watts. Not sure of the exact brand, but if needed, I will open up my case and take a look.
OTHER RELEVANT SYSTEM SPECS: CPU is a AMD FX-8350. I have 8 GB of G.Skill RAM and 4 GB of an off brand that came with the old build. MoBo is an MSI
PREFERRED WEBSITE(S) FOR PARTS: My website of choice is newegg.com and I live in the US
PARTS PREFERENCES: Kinda why I am here in the first place....
OVERCLOCKING: Not until I get some sort of liquid cooling
SLI OR CROSSFIRE: Maybe
MONITOR RESOLUTION: I use 1360x768 but it's and HD TV, not a computer monitor per se.
ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: Budget is around $200! Basically want the best bang for my buck, but who doesn't really....If you need any more info from me, I'll gladly help! =D
