First of all..
WHY NEED WIN XP IF U HAVE HAVE WIN 8...

But still.. If u want win xp if u had 8......Keep this in mind.

1. U can install Windows xp in any laptop released after the year 2010.

2. Minimum requirements are.. Intel dual core or above... GGraphics memory abt 512 mb... 1 gb ram or above.

3.u may not find original Windows xp with genuine cause Microsoft has stopped the service. If u want, u can ddownload it from torrent.

4. Windows xp may show some glitches as the directx may be updated, i.e, directx 11 in windows 8 and directx 9 in xp.

Keep these in mind and
GOOD LUCK!!

its not the laptop that is the issue its Microsoft, they have stopped supporting it and no longer want you to install it anymore. Windows 7 pro use to have an option to install XP as a virtual computer where you didn't need a key for xp but they have stopped supporting the webpage that allowed you to do that. I had the install files saved from along time ago and was able to install it.

You will also have issues reverting a newer laptop back to xp since the newer parts will not have driver support for XP. Further more I would not download a torrent of xp as you have no idea what state the copy will be in (Trojans, spyware/malware, virus) those can be hidden in the downloaded file and the install it self.
