It appears to me that you built a very unbalanced system. What is your primary use with this build?
Your ram, GPU and PSU choices seem very poor. You might want to reconsider your choices and get a more balanced build.
Maybe spending a little bit less on your processor would help you chose a better quality power supply and a faster graphic card.
Give us your budget and we will help you build something that will suit your needs.

Ah, alright, my budget tops is £335 (unconfirmed), so lets treat it as £300. I need to make cuts in some places, its the cpu i want the main focus on as well, a better GPU will come later since i already have the R7 250, and i don't know if i need much better ram, and i can agree that the psu isn't great too.

My main use will be for online gaming like planetside, firefall & ArmA 2 OA (DayZ mod), i also render some videos now and then with Sony Vegas.

(These are the thing i can barely do now with my current build, its all BTX dell stuff so i can't use any off it, the ram is ddr2 in the previous build :( )

I cannot recommend overclocking with the current choice of power supply.
And the integrated graphics of i5 4690k will be better than r7 250, so don't bother plugging that in your system. (http://www.futuremark.com/hardware/gpu/Intel+HD+Graphics+4600/review)

I find that surpising that the R7 is that bad, what gpu in the future should i get that will balance with the cpu?

Something like r9 280 or GTX 770 if you want to play modern games on med-high with good framerate (considering you monitor is 1080p and 60hz)
r9 290x or GTX 970 if you want to play at higher resolution and higher frame rate.

But again, your power supply will not be able to support either of these cards. Its garbage. It could even damage your hardware if a power failure occurs.
