I purchased the Microsoft Sidewinder Precision Wheel (C22-00009) a while ago and used to run it on a Windows XP computer. I recently purchased a new gaming system that is running Windows 7 and the wheel works on it, however, Windows is not detecting that the controller is a wheel, but rather it thinks that it is a joystick.
It doesn't really affect how the wheel works, but I am missing the wheel options in the game like adjusting deadzone and sensitivity.
How can I get Windows to understand that this is a steering wheel?
