Hi, i am a full time student with a spare time job.

i want to build a pc but dont know what to get. i was thinking about: http://pcpartpicker.com/user/LyG/saved/j4Vbt6 i don't need a hdd since i already have one, also the reason for the big psu, is for later expansion of the system.

now is the problem that i saw the gtx 750ti, and not sure what to do now?
any suggestions?

if anyone wants to know my budget, around 600 to 700 dollar.

There is no comparison between the two. An Intel CPU or AMD FX tied with a discrete GPU will destroy an AMD APU every time.

A couple questions and pieces of advice.
1. Is there a reason you're using a liquid cooler? Overclocking on an ITX board is tricky. Many ITX boards don't have the heatsinks installed for overclocking and it's a lot of heat in a confined area.
2. For small builds like yours, you will want a semi/fully modular PSU. Modular PSUs allow to to attach the cables needed, thus removing spare unused cables from the case.

It's a little crazy, but this will simply blow away the rig you have and it's barely over your budget.
