(http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/MZQGt6) / [Price breakdown by merchant](http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/MZQGt6/by_merchant/)

That is my maximum budget so please don't add anything. Only downgrade of it's unnecessary because I do not plan on total domination on gaming just to play games like far cry 4 and skyrim, WoW, civ, Cod WaW zombies, mine craft ftb (yogscast complete), dayZ, Tera etc. not really for moving totally to PC quite yet, not for a few years. Do I need all of this or are the games I want to play not as demanding as I thought? I know fc4 isn't as demanding as ac unity and the like. Any help is amazing, some suggestions or builds would be AMAZING! Thanks

Well I'm working with a £150/month pay check at 17yrs old so a £270 gpu is a lot! Can anybody help me? If I don't need it, can someone give me a spec that will run the games I specified without a problem? I'm totally new to all of this PC stuff but I have a ps4 so games like assassins creed and far cry aren't a need. More games like skyrim, mine craft, dayZ, WoW, Cod WaW zombies and the like

You could purchase a 750Ti and go with 30FPS high settings. Or buy a cheaper CPU, cheaper mobo, and drop the SSD.
