Are all of my parts compatible for a gaming PC set up?

Hi, I'm entirely new to Tomshardware and it has helped me in the past through checking old forum posts for my answers. Thanks for all the work you guys do. :)
I was building a gaming PC and I wasn't too sure if all of the parts are compatible, could you guys check it out for me please?: http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/9b22ZL

I've bought all of these parts aside from the FX-8350 and the MSI 970 Gaming MOBO. I'm not too sure of their compatibility.
Will I need extra cooling?
Is my PSU good enough to run all of this on top of maybe another 8GB of identical ram and another HDD?
Are there better choices for my PSU and Motherboard with a budget of £295? Since I haven't actually bought them yet.
Thanks in advance.

Sorry to gravedig, but is there anywhere I can get these bundled? A lot of sites don't sell the Xeon E3-1231v3 and even CPUBoss doesn't list it to compare with other CPUs.

Haha alright. Just one problem. PCPartpicker lists the motherboard as incompatible with all my other parts. Is it because of the SLI? What's the problem?

Yes, the asus manufacturer states that by putting a server processor on that board will cause it not be able to utilize some of its features, such as ECC memory support. I had the same warning. But you're about in the same soup its as if you would have taken an i5 or i7 CPU, but in that case, the integrated graphics would be redundant.

P.S.: Oh, wait, that's odd, the mobo supports crossfire but doesn't support SLi. Doesn't make any sense... if somebody else could find you a motherboard that supports that CPU AND SLi, you'll be good to go.
