MSI GTX 970 Gaming 4g vs Zotac GTX 970 Amp Extreme?

I am buying a new GPU and they are about the same price. The reason I'm buying an expensive graphics card is to have a super high FPS without over clocking, since I don't over clock.

Well I was thinking MSI, but since I'm not really overclocking would the Zotac Amp Extreme be a better choice since it has a higher base clock? I do really like the MSI aesthetically.... and it would go with my Gaming 5 motherboard... But I don't like playing on the highest settings very often because even if I hit 100 FPS everytime, I still would imagine my computer being sluggish, having only had crappy electronics my whole life Haha. I think the thing that would show me which to get is the FPS count in a game like Battlefield 4 or something, just to see the difference. Thanks guys!
