I need some dual monitor help

I have purchased 2 AOC 2369M monitors for 170 euro a piece and discovered I can only connect one monitor to my pc, due to a broken HDMI port on my AMD Radeon 7770 HD. But I have a solution, but i'm not sure if it will work, I have checked my motherboard and I do in fact have a spare PCI slot, so I can put another GPU in, my only doubt is, I have a spare Nvidia 520 lying around, and my question is, if I mount it to my motherboard will it work with my current card?

I personally don't care if the card has no other beneficial effect on my pc other than to give me the control to use my second monitor, will this solution fix my problem?

P.S. My cards warranty is out of date, so I cant return it

Get the port fixed, another AMD-card of same type in sli or a new GPU :)

My motherboard does not have on board graphics. Any other suggestions?

Get the port fixed, another AMD-card of same type in sli or a new GPU :)

Thanks for the suggestion. But since I am heavily into graphic design putting away my radeon is not an option for me, since I am stuck for cash right now, so I cant get another amd card, But thanks anyways.

Will this work? My card also has a display port, If I buy a cheap "Display-port to HDMI cable" on Amazon, will that work, and let me extend to my second monitor?
