HY , I have an asus p8 h61-mx and i want upgrade my pc with zotac gtx 970 . it'll work on my motherboard.

Yes, that motherboard will be fine for that gfx card, if that is what you are asking. Any modern MB with a PCIe x16 slot can use any PCIe x16 gfx card.

The board has a 16x pci-e slot, so yes it will work as long as your psu is good enough to power it.
