A basic and quick overview of my problem is this: when my computer runs a game such as CS:GO (A low performance game) after a while, maybe a few minutes, my computer will either restart or shutoff completely.
Here's story of past events which lead to this. It was a hot day and I was in a game with some mates when suddenly I hear a loud bang in my computer shutting it off, upon trying to restart it I find that its non-responsive thus making me come to the conclusion my Power Supply (PSU) is bust, therefore I go out and buy a PSU which brang it back to life. However after installing it, to my belief correctly, it results in failing after playing demanding games.
This is my third thread about this topic without a solution, of course this is very frustrating.
My Specification:
CPU: AMD FX-4170
GPU: Nvidia GTX 660
Mainboard: GA-78LMT-USB3
PSU: CIT 550W Gold 12Cm Silent Atx PSU
Voltages:
