Triple channel ram setup on Asus z97 pro

I was wondering if I would be able to run 3 sticks of ram for a triple channel setup. I have a stick of 8 gb ddr3 1600 ram and two other sticks of 4 gb 1600 ddr3 ram. I was wondering if there is a way that I would be able to use them all in a triple configuration

You can tri as descxribed above and if they all play together - they will be in DUAL channel, not triple channel - the 1150 socket CPUS only support single channel and dual channel. As described above is dual channel via FLEX mode
