Guys,

Spikes to 100% CPU usage are normal during Windows startup, and for several minutes after while applications, processes and services are still being executed.

Subsequently, whenever an application or game is opened, it's normal for CPU usage to momentarily spike, sometimes to 100%, depending on workload, threading and core tasking.

If you're running an SSD, then this all takes place in a relatively shorter time. If you're running an HDD, then it will take longer.

Also, processor temperatures respond instantly (within 256 milliseconds) to changes in load, and can momentarily spike to very high core temperatures.

All quite normal.
