Incorrect RAM Speed/Frequency [1333Mhz not 1866Mhz]

So I have my PC all connected up and running (in fact I'm using it to make this post). So I have heard this is a frequent (no pun intended) problem when setting up a new PC.

So I would like to know how to set the RAM up so that it can run at the advertised speed of 1866Mhz. Instead it is currently running at 1333Mhz. Within the BIOS it says that the RAM is running at 1866, yet in Task Manager it is saying 1333. i have been told that i need to do something with the XMP but I am unsure on how to get to this with in my BIOS (Click BIOS [strike]2[/strike] 4, Pretty sure the MSI gaming 3,5,7 & 9 use the same BIOS, setup slightly differently and a different colour scheme)

The RAM I am using: http://goo.gl/cWFtI4 My Motherboard: http://goo.gl/cu42pW (BIOS is updated, Ver. 10.2 - I will have to check but I'm pretty sure it is) CPU: http://goo.gl/SjUrJ0 (Stock Clock)
Any help would be great in anyway, pointing me to a tutorial to solve this or help me out direct from here.
Thanks,
-George

Get the free appCPU-Z and look in the memory tab - if running at 1866 it will show half or about 933 (the true freq, this is DDR DOUBLE data rate so it's true freq (933) x 2 = effective data rate of 1866. If running at 1333 it will show 667. Task manager tends to show the DRAM default boot data rate - often 1333
