My build is a few years old and it has started dragging lately so I wanted to clear and everything and started fresh. I also figured I might as well get an SSD now since they're so cheap. I only plan on putting Windows 7 64-bit on it and maybe a couple smaller programs so I was thinking 128GB should be plenty. Any recommendations on one and how easy are they to install? I put my computer together with some minor help so I assume it shouldn't be too difficult. Also, side question but I don't have the Windows 7 install disc but I do have the activation code. What's the best way to do the install? Download and burn it to a DVD? Anyways, below is my system just in case it mattered.

Case: Antec Three Hundred Illusion Black Steel ATX Mid Tower Computer Case
CPU: Intel Core i5-2500K Sandy Bridge 3.3GHz
Motherboard: MSI P67A-GD65 (B3) LGA 1155 Intel P67
RAM: G.Skill Ripjaws X series DDR3 1333 8gb (2x4gb)
Graphics Card: MSI GTX 560 Twin Frozr II 1 GB
Power Supply: CORSAIR Enthusiast Series TX750 V2 750W ATX12V v2.31
Heat Sink: Cooler Master Hyper 212 Plus
Hard Drive: Samsung F3 1TB
Optical Drive: Lite-On LightScribe 24X SATA DVD+/-RW Dual Layer Drive IHAS424-98 - Retail (Black)

Edit: I could go with a 256 GB if it is highly recommended but I think the 128 GB is probably big enough.

Silverstone Tek 3.5-Inch to 2 X 2.5-Inch Hard Drive HDD SSD Bay Converter, Silver (SDP08) http://www.amazon.com/dp/B002BH3Z8E/ref=wl_it_dp_o_pd_nS_ttl?_encoding=UTF8&colid=TIQ23D31WXT0&coliid=I1R3GFB60U9XJ7&psc=1

Monoprice 18-Inch SATA III 6.0 Gbps Cable with Locking Latch and 1 x 90-Degree Plug (108783) http://www.amazon.com/dp/B009GUXU52/ref=wl_it_dp_o_pd_nS_ttl?_encoding=UTF8&colid=TIQ23D31WXT0&coliid=I1R9Z27B3J7A99

Please let me know if any of these wouldn't work for my build since I won't order until after Christmas.
