If my cpu is more powerful than then recommended CPU is a bad GPU alright

I recently bought a pc with the following specs:

AMD A8-5600k 3.6 ghz processor with integrated AMD Radeon HD7560D GPU

When I go on pc-specs.com it tells me my cpu is more than good enough for most games but my gpu is really bad (which I already knew)

But what I wanted to ask was, if I have a more than good enough CPU would that compensate for my GPU? And what difference does having integrated graphics have on my pc?

Could I add a LeadTek WinFast GTS 450 2GB DDR3 GPU then?

A GTS 450 wouldn't be much faster than your integrated graphics, it's a pretty old graphics card that wasn't particularly fast when it came out in 2010. I'd look at getting something more modern, like a GTX 750Ti or R7 260x, especially if you want to play the latest AAA titles.
