Laptops tend to be slow because they have slow hard drives (5400rpm). And, if you dont tweek your laptop it is going to be slow. So, a few tips:

1. disable automatic updates (set them to manual with notifications to update)
2. disable auto defragmentation
3. when you install alot of programs system restore kicks in and slows your HDD even more (disable system restore (if you are confident) and enable it after you installed everything and create a restore point then.
4. antivirus software should be installed last (if you install /known/common safe programs)
5. google "autoruns for windows", download the program, run it as administrator(after installing everything) and disable whatever program you dont want to start @ windows boot (be carefull not to disable any driver or something else, just disable programs that you dont want to autostart)

Don't jump to conclusions. The OP didn't mention the word "laptop", and in fact it isn't a laptop. That's why I asked for the system specs before giving any advice.

However, some of your tips are still relevant, I'll give you that.

Hum. I think i found the problem, i downloaded the updarer from intel but it said no updates needed, then i tried installing the new intel chipset update and opened the titanfall set everything to max and everything run smoothly, but soon has i get home i ll try running more tests. Anyone can tell me a good program to scan everything? .

I was worried because i built it myself. I just want to buy an ssd to optimize pc in January. Btw what you guys think of the build? And any advices on the matter?
