How to connect 4 pin Male Molex from fan controller to PSU?

Solution
Your graphic card should use the 6/8 pin power connectors for video cards (pcie), and if you are somehow using your Molex connectors with adapters, use the correct cables for the video card and you will have at least one free Molex female.

But I attached that to my Graphics card connectors... If that is not suppose to be there then what do I use to connect the graphics card to the PSU?

I looked at the cables with your psu from the pic on newegg, it has female molex (4 pins side by side, flat). That's what you plug the case fan controller into. Most video cards take a 6 or 8 pin pcie power cable (probably the one marked 'vga' in the pic on newegg). Those consist of 2 rows of 3 pins or 2 rows of 4 pins.

Update: here's a screenshot of the cables that should have come with your psu (per newegg's photos)
