I am wanting to run my usb printer into my asus router used as access point to my main Asus router. Do I plug into a Lan or the USB for printer on my AP. How would I set my Main router since my AP is on my Lan?

Don't see why not, it's on the same network. I've never tried that but I don't see why it would not work. Every time I used a USB port on a router it ended up being very slow so I just hook up my printers to the ethernet ports or directly to a computer. The new higher end ASUS router I got takes over a minute to print, I had it setup that way but it got horribly annoying.
If the printer is USB only how are you going to plug it into a LAN port unless you get an adapter? If it does have ethernet, use that, it's easier to configure. And if you have a USB port on the router, does it have print server functionality? Last question does not make sense, setting your main router for what?
