Can I do SLI with a GTX 560 Ti and a 770?

I have a GTX 560 Ti and I was wondering if I could do SLI between that and a GTX 770, or would I just have to replace the 560 Ti?

you cannot do that, you can only replace the 560 Ti with the GTX 770.

SLI can only be with 2 same cards - 2 x 560Ti or 2 x 770. They can be different brands eg msi gtx760 and asus gtx760. They can be different vram size and/or have different clock speeds

Nvidia can't always SLI with different Vram sizes, this tends to be for older cards primarily.
