What fans and how many should i get and where should i place them?
Which fans should intake and which fans should exhale?

Solution
Static pressure fans should be used only h\when there are devices/components placed right at the back of the fan, because they're used to push the air in specific directions.

Airflow fans simply move the rated air from one side to another side.

For your build, considering noise, the optimal would be 4 fans arranged as follows:
Intake:
1 SP fan in the bottom front (since HDDs are placed at the bottom)
1 AF fan at the middle front (as there will be no obstacles behind it)
Final arrangement will be like this: http://cwsmgmt.corsair.com/media/catalog/product/7/5/750d_front_view_fans.png

Exhaust:
1 AF fan at the top rear (on the top panel of the case, fan installed to the last or right above the PSU -most of the...

1 AF fan at the top of the rear panel.

The final arrangement would be like this: (without an extra fan at the top)

^ This case is for reference. It's a cooler master HAF 912 case.
