i am dissapointed with gtx 760 4gb low fps

i recently build a new pc and i get very low fps on skyrim and assasins creed black flag
skyrim medium settings 30 fps
skyrim on maxed out settings 15 fps
ac4 on medium settings 12 fps
i dont understand it it should max out these games
my rig is
cpu intel core i 5 4440
gpu gtx 760 4gb gigabyte
mobo asrock pro 4
psu corsair 850watt

LOL take the hdmi out of the motherboard :p and put it in your GPU

when i go to skyrim options i noticet hat can only choose a graphics adapter with the name hd graphics 4600 but i have the gtx760.

Yes, but is the VGA cable plugged into the sockets of the 760 itself or into the motherboard? You may need a DVI/VGA adapter if your monitor only uses VGA cables. My 760 only has DVI and HDMI plugs. If you are already plugged directly into the 760 maybe try disabling the HD 4600 graphics in the BIOS and/or re-installing the drivers for your 760.
