Windows 8 reboots after appearing logo during install:

When i set the laptop to boot from the USB and press key when the message "Press any key to continue" appear, the windows logo shows and after less than a minute restarts. I made the USB bootable by rufus.

Vembutech this link is for problems with already installed windows, i am having this problem while trying to install windows. I've tried with GameOver007's answer but the result was the same, i've tried also from the dvd that i installed the 8.1 on my other laptop and the result was the same.
