So I upgraded my system afew months ago and had my old parts sitting around, so I got a new case and decided to build my old system back up for a spare pc. My problem is tho I have installed all the parts and when I try to boot to install windows I get the error "USB device over current status detected will shut down in 15 seconds" so I unplugged all usb device and disconnects the front panel usb's from the motherboard but I still get this error. How can I fix this I just cant get my head around it because it was fine when it was my mean system
